I have an amazing primary care doctor and would love to do a cross stitch for her to put in her office. I have only found two patterns, neither of which I care for. Does anyone have any suggestions?
You might be able to find something you like at Walmart, if not you can check at a hobby store. I don’t know if they have anything like that at hobby stores or not. If neither of those places are what you’re looking for you can just draw your own pattern on the material and do it in any colors that you want.
Where can I find a cross stitch kit/pattern to make for a doctor?
What stores sell cross-stitch kits?
Walmart, Hobby Lobby, Michael’s, Joann Fabrics, Pat Catan’s, (ANY craft store) Ebay, Etsy, Amazon, Target, Tuesday Morning, closeout or salvage stores. They are very readily available.
does michaels have counted cross stitch kits anymore?
Yes.I bought one there a few weeks ago, they have a pretty big selection. You can go on their website and see which ones they carry.
Where can I find the pattern for the Achoo cross stitch kit?
I was more than half way through this project before my puppy chewed up the instructions! I’d hate to buy another entire kit if I just need the sheet with the symbols. Does anyone have it they can scan or know where I can find it online?
If you still have the package contact the maker, I’m sure they have a web site or an 800 number and explain to them what happened and that your puppy is past the chewing everything in sight stage and could they send you a guide.
Good Luck!

You might have to cut&paste that second one into your browser. All of them were priced in pounds, indicating that they’re likely in the U.K.
You may have some luck getting them to ship it overseas (but the shipping could be costly).
Services like PayPal (if they accept them) will do a currency exchange for international items. The prices that I saw ranged from 25pounds to 46pounds (currently about $50 – 92 U.S. dollars).
The phrase that I Googled for these results was "Cobblestone Christmas" +stitch. I dug about 10 pages in and didn’t see any stateside results.
I hope this helps you out.
Help! I am trying to find stamped cross stitch baby quilt kits that are NOT "pre finished"?
Everything I seem to be finding are these "pre finished" which means the quilting is already done and they already have binding as well. I just want the top,, so I can bind and quilt it myself.
Two of my local quilting stores carry quilting blocks, both have baby quilt blocks. My local Mom and Pop craft store has them too. In your community, a matter of shopping around.
www.herrschners.com carries baby quilt blocks.
www.quiltknit.com/Stamped-Baby-Children-Quilts_c_152.html -
Type baby quilt cross stitch blocks into the browser for a huge list of sources.
When you are looking for a not already finnished quilt, to save time, check the prices. If the price is around $30, the quilt is pre finished. If it is <$10, it is quilt blocks.
Where can I get a stamped cross stitch kit?
I’m searching for a stamped cross stitch kit as I find it too difficult to count the threads. The company where I use to buy them has gone out of business.
I hope someone can help.
Try looking on ebay there are quite a few sellers who sell them.
Do you guys know any good cross stitch website where I can purchase great cross stitch patterns and kits?
My favorite designer Marilyn Leavitt-Imblum http://tiag.com/ including her lines Lavender & Lace, Told In a Garden, Butternut Road they are complex and completely beautifu.

Is there any way to follow a 28ct cross stitch on 14ct aida without doubling the size?
I bought a cross stitch kit which turned out to come with 28ct aida. I’m finding it impossible to do. Is there anyway to follow the chart on 14ct aida or even 18ct without making the image end up huge? It is a home sweet home design which I want to frame so doubling the size on 14ct would ruin it ![]()
If you use a different count it will change the size of the picture. sorry.
Would it matter if I followed a 28 count cross stitch on 14 count aida?
I’ve recently bought a cross stitch kit and had no idea it came with 28hpi fabric. It is literally a nightmare for me. Would it make any difference to the appearance if I followed it on 14 count aida? I know it will end up bigger, but would the image still end up as good?
Typically, even weave fabrics are worked "over two", so you’re actually making 14 cross stitches per linear inch, just as you are with 14 ct aida.
