Do you know good american cross stitch websites where I can buy cross stitch kits?
complete cross stitch its have all kits included?
i see the cross stitch from ebay .that stitch is looking good. i try to buy that. but i have no ideas in the words" complete cross stitch kit"that means all kits included or finished cross stitch..please answer me
It could mean 3 things.
1. Kit complete with thread and needle and pattern
2. Kit complete with thread and needle and pattern and also picture printed on canvas
3. Already stitched up and you just have to hang it on the wall
Best thing to do is contact the seller and ask for specifics.
I am looking for a cross stitch kit
The item number is EPX 169 ZEBRA. I do know this has been discontinued. Can anyone help me find a kit? The designer is Collette Rushton by Anchor. FLEUR DE LIS
If the kit has been discontinue and if you know who the designer
is than you might need to contact Anchor and find out how you
can still get that kit sent to you. Good-luck.
cross stitch kit replacement thread?
i bought a cross stitch kit from walmart and my dog ended up getting to it before i could get it finished and now i am missing the 032 – blending filament spool and was wondering were i ould get some that matches and how i know what brand of blending filament to buy i looked on the "creative accents" website and could not find it . . . if i bought the same kit would there be enough to do both with what they give you in one ? any help would be appreciated thank you
my dog is fine he didn’t actually eat any of the string just chewed on the plastic spool thank goodness but he totally destroyed it 150lb dog vs. tiny spool of thread . . . dog won lol thank you for your concern ![]()
032 blending filament sounds like it’s made by Kreinik. Color 032 is Pearl – white with a pearly sheen. Check Michaels to see if they have it. If not, online sources like 123stitch.com will have it. A spool is $1.56 plus shipping.
Got a cross-stitch bib kit, stamped on front of double layer bib. How do I know where to stick the needle?
I know this sounds stupid, but this is my first cross-stitch as I just wanted to try it. Ok, so it is a bib, fully sewn with a front and a back layer. The pattern is stamped on the front. You cannot see the pattern from the back so how are you supposed to know where to stick the needle thru the back. Just poke around every time? Its fine the first time but it will take FOREVER if I have to do that every time until I find the exact place on the front where the stitch is supposed to go. Has anyone ever done this type of cross-stitch and am I missing something? FYI it is a cross-stitch kit by Janlynn.
Here is a link to show you how but be careful, it’s addicting and overdoing it can cause pain in your hands from the repetetive motion.
Is there somewhere I can find a complete list of Semco Counted Cross Stitch Kits both past & present?
Prefer a list with pictures and only those released in Australia
Not sure if the below will help.
You could always contact semco and ask them for a list. There doesn’t seem to be anything on google list wise.

i need an instruction sheet only to a cross stitch kit.?
I bought a stamped cross stitch kit several months ago and have lost only the chart that tells which symbols are what colors. the kit was a little costly and i can’t afford to go buy it all over again just for that one piece of paper. I’ve contacted the company and has no response. The name of the kit is Hummingbird & Fuchias. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated! Thanks a Million!
Does the kit have a colored picture of the pattern? If yes, then your problem is easily solved. ![]()
First lay out all the different colored embroidery floss that came with the kit. Obviously, each symbol represents one color.
Now carefully compare the colored picture & where each color fits. Then check out what symbol seems to represent that color area.
Soon you will have deciphered all the symbols ![]()
Think of it as a puzzle or mystery that needs to be solved – all the clues are in front of you
)
Hope this helps
All the very best & enjoy
where i can get a cross stitch kit 2X2 Ft with thread &picture at chennai?
Not a clue, but did you realize you asked the question in the hokey section? I am sure there is a more relevant forum.
Question about cross stitch kits?
A friend of mine has a couple of cross stitch design books by Jeanette Crews called Tailwaggers.
There is a design in one of the books that I would love to do, it’s of a golden retriever asleep with the phrase: ‘There can’t be a crisis today, My Schedule is already full.’
I was wondering if anyone knew if these designs have been made into kits and if so where I could get it from?
In case anyone answers by telling me to borrow the book and stuff, I don’t really do cross stitch so I don’t have any of the stuff here and I don’t see this friend that much, I won’t see her now for at least 3 months and I’d like to do it as a surprise for her.
I have just googled and can only find charts no kits. It may be an idea to try hobbycraft if there is one near you they have a large selection of cross stitch kits.
Other than that it probably means you purchasing everything individually.
Where can I find a nice snoopy cross stitch pattern or kit?
Not to big! Approximately 6 or 7 inches height and the width the same size.
I tried searching from cross stitch patterns but all I found were lists from E-Bay.
I searched Snoopy Cross Stitch under "Images" and came up with this link. It has simple cross stitch patterns of Snoopy that you could use…free.
http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://digilander.libero.it/AlaricoHobby/Snoopy-1.JPG&imgrefurl=http://digilander.libero.it/AlaricoHobby/Snoopy.html&h=310&w=216&sz=52&hl=en&start=1&tbnid=O8aiXhmyKEirYM:&tbnh=117&tbnw=82&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dsnoopy%2Bcross%2Bstitch%26svnum%3D10%26hl%3Den%26rlz%3D1T4ADBR_enUS235US235%26sa%3DX
After seeing this link, I’m thinking you could make your own graph paper and design your own pattern.
Graph paper: http://www.mathematicshelpcentral.com/graph_paper.htm
You can search for "Snoopy Coloring Pages" under "Images" and find the picture of your choice. http://images.google.com/images?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1T4ADBR_enUS235US235&q=snoopy+coloring+pages
You can then control the size of the finished product through size of the graphing squares. You will probably have to adjust the size of the aida cloth and graphing squares to adjust the size of the finished product but since you are looking at "small" it might not be too difficult.
